Any doctor could tell you that what is good for healing from the outside should also heal from the inside. There is a lot of evidence that shows the effectiveness of Manuka honey healing wounds that will not heal with conventional medicine, large Ulcerous wounds show immediate signs of improvement when applied with this UMF Honey.

This is due to the antibacterial properties in the UMF factor of Manuka honey. The same anti bacterial activerties will keep colds at bay. This is why I started using and testing the different Manuka honies available, In general my tolerance for colds and getting the flu is low and for years I would get them regularly, then I was told about the Manuka honey by my friends from New Zealand, I have now been using it regularly for the past 4 years and hardly had a sniffle since then.

I have suggested to some friends to take the manuka honey, with some inconsistent feedback decided to written this article to help rate the various UMF Manuka honey, with price and strength.

The simple fact is: The more strength the UMF factor the more expensive the Manuka honey, Manuka honey with the UMF factor 10+ is more than sufficient for good health
